After several months of meetings and working groups, the November 28 2007 meeting of the General Gordon PAC reached a consensus position, passed unanimously:

"Recent statements by VSB staff that the Gordon PAC supports the recommendations of the seismic Feasibility Study are in error and need to be corrected. The Gordon PAC does not support the Feasiblity Study recommendation in its present form. We request that the VSB not proceed with the present proposal (spending funds or passing the bylaw to proceed). We request that VSB staff work with the Gordon PAC and the Kitsilano community to develop better options."
